What is your refund policy?
Refunds: If you request a refund, please submit all evidence to clarify product error (the photos of canvas error and shipping label). After reviewing, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method you used to place your order, within 3-5 business days.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is notified more than 5 days after delivery.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.
